Cheddar 101
About this Event
For cheese newbies to the upmost connoisseur, this evening will be a fun-filled and informative way for everyone to learn the ends and outs of crumbly, creamy, "sharp" Cheddar! History, lore, cheesemaking, old-world vs new world styles, we will talk about it all! Enjoy a cheese tasting, along with beverage pairings and accompaniments! We look forward to sharing our love for cheese and our experiences with you!
NOTES:
$5 of every ticket will be donated to "Full Plates, Full Potential" for the year of 2026.
Please purchase a ticket for each member of your party. Ticket price includes admission for one, as well as a cheese course, accompaniments, and beverage pairings for one.
Doors will open at 6:45pm, and class will begin promptly at 7:00pm. This is a seated event, which we expect to continue for 75 minutes. After the class, there will be time to shop with a 10% discount!
IMPORTANT NOTE: We may not be able to accommodate dietary restrictions or food allergies. If you have purchased a ticket and have severe food allergies, please email [email protected] 2 days prior to the event so we can adjust your plate.
