Home Energy Savings Workshop

Our workshop introduces weatherization techniques, provides practical energy-saving tips for homeowners, and offers an overview of building science and the diagnostic tools we use. These tools are especially important for homes in hot, humid South Carolina, as they allow us to identify duct leakage, air-tightness issues, and other factors that directly impact humidity control, comfort, and energy use. This workshop will help both homeowners and renters to better understand home improvements and practices that will decrease their energy costs.

• Sustainability Institute programs

Participants will have the opportunity to receive a free energy conservation kit and access additional valuable resources to support their efficiency journey.
