Step into a transformative space designed to dissolve the excessive noise of the mind and reconnect you with the unshakable wisdom of your heart. Through powerful guided breathwork and intentionally curated music, you’ll clear mental and emotional buildup, allowing you to tune in with the guidance of your soul.

Why Attend?

We all have a voice inside our heads. This inner voice can be loud, critical, and overwhelming. We all have problems. However, our problems are often amplified by an overactive mind caught in seemingly never-ending, repetitive thought loops. When the mind is constantly talking, it’s nearly impossible to hear your intuition, deeper truth, and that next aligned step. When the mind quiets down, the loving voice of your soul becomes audible.

This is a heart-activating journey that helps you quiet the voice inside your head and hear your soul speak instead.

What to Expect

• Breathwork: For most of the experience, you’ll be lying down with an eye mask as you are guided through a powerful, intentional breathwork journey that concludes with meditation.
• Journaling & Sharing: After the breathwork, you’ll reflect and journal, capturing insights, inspirations, and energetic shifts from the session. This helps with integration, allowing breakthroughs to fully settle in your mind, body, and energy so you can carry them forward.

What to Bring:

• Journal & Pen
• Yoga Mat
• Eye Mask (extras available on site)
• Comfortable clothing—layers recommended (body temperature may fluctuate)

Why I’m Teaching This Class

You already have all of the wisdom within you already. The mind is just too busy for you to hear it. In this class, breathwork is the medicine that you will receive to quiet that busy voice. This class is a designated container for you to intentionally connect with your inner knowing. Who are you at your core when your mind finally settles? You are your soul!

Taylor is a guide for joy, healing, and authentic expression, helping people reconnect with their highest selves and live with courage, clarity, and alignment. She offers 1:1 spiritual wellness coaching, guiding clients to release what’s holding them back, step into their power, and embody a life aligned with their highest potential. In addition, Taylor is a yoga and fitness instructor and a professional astrologer, bringing movement, breath, and cosmic insight into her teachings.
