This workshop has been lovingly created for all expecting parents who want to feel connected, confident and informed on their journey to labour and birth. It is a day full of practical activities for you and your partner or birthing partner, with evidence based information and education which will encourage you to take an informed approach to welcoming your baby Earthside.
Combining Hypnobirthing with Holistic Birth Preparation, you will understand how your body works to birth your baby, the needs of birthing women in terms of movement, environment and emotional support and your rights and choices - all helping you to feel confident, inspired and ready for birth.
Over the course of the day, you will understand and practice;
Meditation and Breathwork
Partner Yoga sequence
The holistic stages of birth
Intuitive movement and positions for labour & birth
Birth environment
Relaxation tools & Hypnobirthing
Self awareness and fear release
Guided relaxations
Visual birth plans
and time for lunch too!
The investment is £120 per couple which includes the workshop with access to follow up videos and relaxation recordings, refreshments & handouts.
There is a discount of £20 for all current attendees of my pregnancy yoga classes making the day £100.
