Hayley has been working full time in Health & Safety for 9 years, and qualified to degree level in Health & Safety & Environmental, with additional qualifications in Fire, Construction and Training. Her portfolio extends across a vast array of sectors, having experience working with high profile companies such as Rolls Royce, Kier Group, Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Justice and our lovely array of smaller, local Tamworth businesses. Hayley has extensive construction experience, being involved with large Pr*son builds circa £400m, through to a small £5k shop refit. Her client base is very varied, from 1 person to 300 and each needs a different approach. Heayley offers a simplified approach to health and safety creating great relationships with her contacts – clients or otherwise. With a passion for what she does best, Hayley seeks to help business owners to feel more confident and secure, and worry less about health and safety!
