During this 3 hour class we will learn how to make the cutest highland cow, pig and sheep all made from buttercream. I will show you how to make the silkiest buttercream, how to colour it and then pipe to make these cute farmyard cuties!
I will demonstrate how to make their features out of fondant which we will then add to our cupcakes to bring our animals 'to life'
I will provide tea/coffee and cupcakes to enjoy. You will take home my 'secret' recipe and a box of 6 cupcakes decorated by yourself to share with your family or friends (or eat them all yourself!!)
As with all my classes all equipment and ingredients are provided for you, you just need to bring an apron with you.
There are a max of 5 people so you all receive lots of attention. My classes are suitable for both beginners and some with some baking knowledge.
