Who's it for?
All adults and accompanied children aged 3+ years.
What will I be doing?
Singing with puppets, role play, and creative activities
with some fun laughter exercises
FAQs: What Do I Need to Bring?
- A water bottle, comfy clothes (no lycra required!)
What's the attendance fee?
£5 concessions / £8 / pay it forward
Some free spaces available (this is due to the generosity of pay-it-forwards and Corporate Social Responsibility).

About the facilitator:
Sunny Turner - Laughter Ambassador and Happiness Facilitator (https://seriouslaughter.co.uk) has been delivering Laughter Yoga sessions since 2016 to various communities, and everyone who has attended remembers the joy they felt during the sessions.
A competent leader and speaker, Sunny has appeared on the stages of numerous conferences and festivals, including Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place Festival in Tatton Park, the Social Prescribing Conference, Womanifest, and Wellnergy.
