Join us for Sound & Stillness, an immersive outdoor Sound Bowls Class delivered in collaboration with The Wellness Hub.

Set amongst the trees, this restorative wellness experience uses the soothing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls to encourage deep relaxation, reduce stress, and help you reconnect with both nature and yourself.

Whether you're looking to slow down, recharge, or simply enjoy a mindful morning outdoors, this guided session offers the perfect opportunity to pause, breathe, and embrace a moment of stillness.

What to Expect:

• A guided outdoor Sound Bowls Class led by experienced practitioners from The Wellness Hub
• A calming sound journey using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls
• Gentle breathwork and mindfulness techniques to help you fully relax
• A peaceful woodland setting designed to leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and restored

Remember: Please bring a yoga mat, blanket or something comfortable to lie on, along with a cushion if you'd like extra support. We also recommend dressing warmly in comfortable layers and bringing a bottle of water.
