During this workshop we will release the anticipation of the season by intentionally working with, and then, through the energy. This workshop will flow through movements such as tapping, shaking, dance and yoga, eventually slowing down to evolve into a state of calm and inner peace. After this workshop you will be able to tap into some of these tools and skills as the season surrounds us.
