About this Event
Loss comes in many forms—some personal, some collective. In a world that often feels heavy with grief, uncertainty, and transition, it can be difficult to find space to process, heal, and reconnect with ourselves. Whether you are mourning a loved one, grieving the loss of a relationship, navigating a major life shift, or feeling the weight of what’s happening in the world right now, this workshop is an offering of stillness, reflection, and self-compassion.
This experience is designed to help you soften into yourself during times of change, offering tools to hold space for your emotions while also strengthening your foundation of self-love and inner resilience.
What to Expect:
✨ Sound Healing for Emotional Release – Using vibrational frequency to soothe the nervous system and create space for healing.
🌀 Navigating the Grief of a Changing World – A guided discussion on how to process loss—not just personally, but in response to the instability and suffering we see around us.
💛 Self-Love as an Anchor in Uncertain Times – Developing sustainable self-care and grounding rituals to support you through transitions.
This is not about “moving on” or “letting go” before you’re ready—it’s about allowing yourself to feel, to be witnessed, and to remember that you are still whole, even in the midst of change.
Come exactly as you are. There is space for your grief, your healing, and your becoming.
