I love and respect you all so much and I noticed that you hold space for so many. Who's holding space for you?
Let me try.
My name is Blanka and I'm in my third year on Douglas' rebirthing course. I am approaching my time to rise above my nest and explore how it feels to open my wings a bit. Part of my assignments is a 'visibility project', that I can freely choose. I love doing breathwork. It has been saving me over and over and over again, both as I've been rebirthing myself and supporting others.'
Upon contemplation of what my personal take could be I decided to venture out and explore some of your events, workshops with different kinds of breathwork for inspiration. And I did find my inspiration. You are my inspiration. You give so much. You maintain and nurture your energies as you help us reach those aha-moments and mind-shattering insights. I wish to give something back to you.
I decided that my visibility project is giving back to those, and to the community, that have been nurturing me and guiding me on my journey, literally or unknowingly energetically. I love you all, even if we haven't met.
If you identify as any kind of facilitator or healer you are warmly welcome, you don't need to have experience with breathwork specifically.
The event will start with an intuitive feeling profiling exercise that I've been experimenting with for tuning in. This will be followed by an hour-long breathwork session after which we finish with an integration circle. Please, do bring challenges however big or small, most relevant and alive on the day will be best. Nothing else is needed apart from willingness, presence, and a hint of curiosity.
Considering my attention span and that it's my first self-initiated and planned event, I'm limiting it to 7 participants on a first come, first served basis, upon registration.
Price: Since it's an offering from my heart it feels most right that it's for free, also because it is my visibility project and not my official practice.
For Hjerterum members it's free, for non-members it's a required chosen donation between 100-200 DKK directly to Hjerterum.
