Hips & Chair 🪑 Class
Are you ready to unlock all that energy in your hips?! then come to #Inverness for a hip and chair work out and lets go! 💃
We will have a short warm up using our mats and then transfer to our chairs, I teach burlesque/belly dance fusion classes so this is a beginner class focussing on hip movements and freeing up the body.
Wear comfy clothes, bring a bottle of water and mat if you have.
