The Highland Mindfulness Group offers free Mindfulness Sessions every fortnight in Inverness at the RNI Chapel (on Ness Walk).
These sessions are from 10.30am to 12.30pm.
Beginners welcome. No need to book - just turn up!
Suggested donation: £3 - £5 (cash, PayPal or bank transfer).
These informal sessions consist of guided meditation practices and time to talk about our mindfulness experiences. Please bring anything you need to be comfortable – e.g. blanket, cushion, yoga mat, and something to drink if you wish.
If travelling by car, please allow extra time to find a parking space as the RNI hospital car park is often very busy. Please don't worry if you are late - just enter quietly!
