Welcome to your Nia Retreat in the HighlandsA restorative, two-day Nia getaway! Give yourself time to pause from the everyday.
Joyful movement lies at the heart of this two-day experience, woven together with meaningful connection, deep immersion in nature, and the magic of our remote sanctuary, just eight miles from the shores of Loch Ness.
What is our offering?
Two nights in a comfortable, ensuite room with breakfast, lunch and dinner included. Our experienced facilitators will lead us through three Nia classes, two workshops and two mindful nature walks.
BOOKING: Email [email protected]
All sessions are optional, and we invite you to move at your own pace, progressing through the levels as we do in a Nia class. This is an opportunity to remind your body that there is no rush - that you can slow down, take a breath, and truly unwind.
This retreat is simply just for you. At any time during your stay you are free to choose time in nature, maybe taking one of the way-marked walks on the estate; four different routes for all abilities.
Classes will be held in An Taigh-ceilidh, a spacious, light-filled studio.
When is it?
Tuesday 31st March – Thursday 2nd April
With spring arriving later in the Highlands, this is an ideal moment to warm your soul alongside nature, embracing a gradual shift from winter’s stillness as we honour rest, gently awaken, and move into a new season.
Where is it?
Nestled in the Dundreggan Estate, home of the Rewilding Centre. You can find out more about how to find us here: https://visitdundreggan.co.uk/about/
