About this Event
High-intensity intervals that push your limits and keep your heart rate elevated. Short bursts, full recovery, repeat. Max calorie burn, minimum time. Every Monday from 12:40pm for 30 minutes.
All classes are designed to be accessible to different fitness levels. Our qualified trainers will offer modifications and progressions so you can work at the right intensity for you. If it is your first class, let the instructor know before you start.
