Higher Ground CRU E-Biking & Mindfulness (Learn to E-Bike)

- Includes: E-bike lesson, guided 2-hour ride, and lunch at Spoke + Art Provisions Co.
- Cost: FREE – Fully funded by Higher Ground
What to Expect:
Join us for a peaceful and scenic E-Biking & Mindfulness ride through Jamestown Island, Capital Trail & Chickahominy Bridge. This curated experience offers a unique opportunity to learn e-biking, enjoy the views and connect with nature and peers in a supportive environment.
Event Includes:
- Brief e-bike training
- Guided e-bike ride through stunning scenery
- A relaxing lunch stop at Spoke + Art Provisions Co.
- Moments of mindfulness and reflection in nature
