Learn the age old secrets of traditional Hierbas making in a gorgeous campo setting. . .Our fantastic guides, will bring you on a beautiful walk in the Ibizan campo and show you how to locate and identify a wonderful selection of fresh herbs which you will collect.
With herbs gathered and much new knowledge gained, you will return to The Olive for a hands-on workshop to learn how to make your very own bottle of this unique and delicious liquor, followed by a luxury two course brunch with Mimosa cocktails at The Olive's poolside.
