La Meditación y el Silencio serán parte de nuestras prácticas regulares, así como la expansión de la consciencia, que se reconoce a sí misma y la auto-investigación: ¿Quién soy yo? Nuestra intención aquí es apoyarte a que accedas a espacios más profundos en tu interior e invitar al reconocimiento de quien eres más allá de tus pensamientos, sentimientos y sensaciones. Una oportunidad para Despertar a tu naturaleza más verdadera.
Te invitaremos a entrar en un espacio de “Ser” en lugar de “Hacer”. Y para apoyarlo te pediremos que permanezcas en silencio durante 5 días y lejos del teléfono. ¡Asegúrate de que informas a tu familia y en el trabajo para que puedas estar relajada con esto!
Otra gran parte de este curso es tomar conciencia de los patrones de tu Personalidad que te mantienen atrapada. Para esto usaremos diferentes ejercicios de juego de roles y formas creativas para permitir que tus sombras salgan a la luz y se expresen libremente para que puedan ser amadas y abrazadas en el espacio de tu conciencia.
Como en cursos anteriores usaremos Meditaciones Tántricos, Rituales Chamánicos, Respiración Consciente, Toque Consciente, Intercambio Íntimo y Silencio para acceder a capas más profundas de tu sabiduría femenina.

This module enriches the basis of meditative awareness. Your capacity to be totally present in the Now : sensing, observing, feeling, and simply… Being.
Meditation and Silence will be part of our regular practises as well as self awareness and Self-inquiry: Who Am I? Our intention here is to support you to access to deeper spaces within and to invite recognition of who you are beyond your thoughts, feelings, and sensations. An opportunity to Awakened to your true nature.
In order to bring more attention to Being versus Doing we will ask you to remind in silence for 5 days and away from your phone. Please make arrangement with family and work to make it happen!
Another big part of this course is to bring awareness to the patterns of your Personality that keeps you trapped. For this we will use different role play exercises and creative ways to allow your shadow parts to come out into the light and be expressed freely so they can be loved and embraced by your consciousness.
As in previous courses we will use Tantra Meditations and Shamanic Rituals, Awareness on the Breath, Conscious touch, Intimate sharing and Silence to access deeper layers of your feminine wisdom.
