The yoga
Every morning we meet at the yoga deck for morning asana practice. To boost the whole system, open up the flow and all the chakras. Our experienced instructors will give you all the support you need wherever you are on your yoga journey.
Ashtanga Mysore Practice 07.00-09.00
(led class friday)
If you are new to this practice you will get all the support you need.
Heart Circle 17.00-19.00
Every evening we meet at the yoga deck for a Heart Circle. The content of these classes will vary from day to day.
Yin Bliss, meditation, restorative yoga, technique workshops and healing circles. There will also be room for sharing and reflections. Open your heart space and lean in.
The Food
The price includes self-served breakfast and a delicious home made vegetarian meal per day.
Let us know if you have any special requirements and we will do our best to meet them.
If you need more food during the day. The beach, only a short walk away, has several options for a night snack or a bigger meal. We recommend the Pizza at Elements, it´s delish!
The party @namaste_ibiza
You can’t spend time on this island without at least one good party!
As a group we will visit Namaste, an amazing place just a short car ride from the center. Namaste is like visiting a festival. It has it ALL! A huge club, consisting of an outdoor area with an outdoor dance floor, chill area, great food, marked, tarot readings and also an indoor club with amazing dj`s and techno. No pressure of course, if you want to stay at the center that’s all good. The price doesn’t not include the taxi and the entrance to Namaste.

Meet Ingrid @romsdalyoga
Ingrid discovered yoga over 20 years ago and have been teaching for 15 years. She is the founder and owner of Romsdal yoga, a cozy yoga shala in the middle of the wild Norwegian mountains.
She has trainings in Ashtanga yoga and yin yoga. And is also a therapist in Biodynamic craniosakral therapy.
Ingrid`s main job is yoga but she also works as a Hip Hop dancer on a regular basis.
Her classes are warm, open and fun and completely free from expectations.
When she is not dancing or doing yoga Ingrid is hanging out with her two kids or simply just being. She looooves to do nothing.

Meet Marita @mawoyogi
Marita started practicing yoga in 2010 and has had yoga as part of her daily life since then. In 2014 she took a teacher training, and in 2015 she founded Mawoyoga and worked as an independent yoga teacher at workplaces, gyms, schools and privately. She lived in Oslo for 10 years before she made the big choice and moved to a small village in Ålesund in 2021. Now she runs her own small yoga studio, Mawoyoga at Sjøholt. She is originally from Telemark with roots from the Faroe Islands. Marita teaches intuitively and reads the energy of the people she meets in her yoga classes. She teaches Viryayoga which is her teacher training, speed and level varies in her classes. For her, it is important that the students feel that they can do it, in a safe, careful and knowledgeable environment. Marita is also an artist, loves adventures with good friends, and everything nature has to offer.

Meet Maria @mariamariposayoga
Maria met yoga through dance studies, and felt an instant connection and liberation through the discovery of freedom through movement from the inside. Yoga has been an significantly and important part of her life for the last 15 years. Maria has been running her own yoga and Pilates center in Molde since 2015, and has trainings in hatha vinyasa yoga, Rocket yoga, Yin- , Restorative- and Deva Yoga. Her intention as a yoga facilitator is to share the love of the practise, and to guide you mindfully and lovingly towards yourself. Where to start. Ibiza its well known for its partys. And yes you will find the greatest partys on the planet here. But there is also another side of this amazing island. A more quiet and hippie kind of vibe. Where the sunsets are breathtaking, the people are so relaxed and the stars will guide you to bed every night. The retreat center is located at the North side of the Island only a couple of minutes walk from Cala Benniras. An absolutely stunning beach with cozy beach restaurants and a Hippie marked. This is a place where you can totally let go and surrender. The energy of this place is something that needs to be experienced. Even the wifi is bad here, but hey, wifi doesn’t exist in paradise.
Pst; There is a drum circle every night at the beach, saluting the sunset. Dance or just be in the vibe.
Ibiza yoga is a hidden gem. Located only a short walk from the beach. Yes you can walk barefoot the whole week if you want. The center is very tranquil and relaxed. All you need for a week of relaxing and submerging in yourself. The center is built in plateaus. We have rented the whole upper part of the center. And we have room for 22 people all inn double rooms, single beds or double if you want, just let us know. Single room is possible, at an additional cost. The accommodations consist of:
The pagoda gardens SOLD OUT
Set in the Benirrás valley amongst our rich and beautiful pine forest, our six Balinese styled Pagoda’s host breathtaking views and offer a feeling of true re-connection to nature. Feel the fresh sea air fill your lungs, enjoy the sing of the birds and be mesmerised by the vast starry night sky.
Villa Roca
The villa features terracotta floors, tiered balconies, and open fireplaces. It has a large living room area, and a spacious outside open plan terrace, where guests dine, relax and socialise.
With five large bedrooms, two of which have balconies, and one with its own door leading to the garden.
The Mediation Hut
A small privat hut with room for 2 people. Beautiful and simple.
