I will take you on a journey into your inner self, through your 5 senses.
The morning yoga class with meditation and pranayama is dedicated to one of your senses each day. Look forward to a variety of unique classes.
With various workshops, forest bathing and more quiet evening yoga classes, we dive deeper into the connection with the senses.
