Herself Women’s Circle
Herself Collective is a supported women's collective offer women many different ways to connect with each other creativly, spiritually, or even to party. one of the many Herself event its our Herself Women´s Circle, this is a calming space for women to reconnect with themselves and each other. In a world that often asks us to be everything for everyone, this circle is an invitation to slow down, soften, and simply be.
Together, we will move through different practices designed to support self-expression, confidence, and inner connection.
What to expect:
Calm arrival and grounding
Relaxing stretches, yoga poses & breathwork
Journaling
Guided meditation
A sharing circle
** please be there a few mins ahead of time so the circle can begin on time and in calm energy
