About this Event
In part two of herbs for mental health, we will switch our focus to herbs that help improve mood, aid depression and reduce anxiety. We will also touch on a couple mindfulness techniques that you can use on a daily basis to help support your mood and mental health. Attending part one on September 10th is not a requirement.
This class will be an hour and a half long. We will provide some herbal teas to try throughout the class and you will be sent home with a herbal tea sample.
About the teacher:
Tiffany Malapanes has been studying herbalism, holistic health, nutrition, teas and ethnobotany for 20 years. She is a nutritionist and previously owned the local herbal tea company Positiffitea. She is passionate about health and nutrition education and loves to share her passion with others. Today, she is teaming up with Asheville Dispensary to continue educating and empowering the community to live happier, and healthier lives naturally with the help of plants and nutrition.
