Turmeric and Ginger are amazing medicines; extensively researched and used for millennia for their power in healing a wide range of health conditions and illnesses, They are easily accessible at local grocery stores, supermarkets and market stalls. In this 2 hour herb class we will be deeply immersing in these two very potent herbs and learning about their uses and how to use them. As usual there will be tastings and a demonstration on how to make Golden Milk.. The cost is £20 and will include emailed handouts. Booking is essential as numbers are limited . payment can be made via Paypal. No refunds or transfers to other classes will be made if the class is cancelled 48 hours prior to running the class
