HELD IN SANCTUARY: A BIPOC Day of Return
A day of healing, led by and for people of color
This is a day set aside for rest, for reckoning, for return. Eight guests will join a small, intentional circle for meditation, shadow work, breathwork, art, and a closing sound bath, guided by facilitators of color who hold this work in their own bodies too.
