Return to Self: A Breathwork + Sound Bath Journey
About this Event
This in-person event is for attendees interested in a breathwork and sound bath journey.
About the event
Underneath the roles you play, the noise of daily life, and the expectations you carry, your true self is still there, waiting. This 90-minute guided journey is an invitation to come back home to it. Featuring Poly Vagal Breathwork™, a technique developed by Kin Unified Healing, the practice uses breath, voice, and sound to quiet what isn't yours and reconnect you with what is.
What to expect:
- Opening meditation: We begin in stillness with a guided meditation that helps you arrive, turn inward, and take the first steps toward remembering who you are.
- Rhythmic breathwork and vagal toning: Steady, guided breathing settles the nervous system and brings your attention out of your head and back into your body.
- Two-stage pranayama: A structured, active breath practice that clears mental clutter and makes space for whatever is ready to be released.
- Somatic vocal release: Sighs, tones, and sounding let go of the tension you've been holding and help you find your own voice again.
- Rhythmic chanting and call-and-response: Simple group vocalizations that quiet the mind and remind you that you belong, to yourself and to the circle.
- Sound bath: You'll close by lying back and resting in waves of sound, giving you time to integrate + settle into yourself and carry that feeling home.
No experience is needed. Come as you are, wear comfortable clothing, and bring [a mat, blanket, and water].
