Join us beneath the trees this summer for Heavily Meditated in the Forest—a peaceful weekly gathering where nature, community, and meditation come together to nourish the mind, body, and spirit.
This is our second summer taking our free community meditation into the forest, where the sounds of birdsong, the fresh air, and the beauty of nature become part of the practice. Meditating in community has a unique way of deepening our experience, reminding us that we are connected not only to ourselves, but to one another and the natural world. Each gathering features Kirtan Kriya, a simple yet powerful meditation that combines chanting the sounds Saa Taa Naa Maa, gentle finger movements (mudras), and visualization to calm the mind, improve focus, reduce stress, and cultivate a profound sense of inner peace. Whether you're brand new to meditation or have an established practice, all are welcome to share in this beautiful experience.
