Join a Dare County EMS Paramedic at the NCSU Cooperative Extension Dare County Center to build your skill with The Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Course. Learn how to save a life, get certified in CPR/AED and First Aid! The American Heart Association’s Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Course is a classroom, instructor-led course designed to prepare students to provide first aid and CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. Participants who successfully complete this 3 hour interactive course will earn a 2 year certification.
This camp is for ages 10-18 and registration fee is $40.00. This may be paid online through eventbrite. Registration is not complete until your child is enrolled in NC 4-H for the 2026 program year. Please feel free to call us at 252-475-9245, and we will walk you through the process. Camp requires a minimum participant registration to run.
Participants should bring a reusable water bottle. A mid-course snack will be provided.
