Alustame koos Vinyasa südame ja keha joogaga, mida juhendab meie oma kogukonna liige Taimi Tihhonov. See on voolav praktika, kus liikumine ja hingamine avavad keha ja südame ning meel rahuneb. Jooga sobib kõigile, sõltumata varasemast kogemusest või kehalisest vormist. Nii jõuame tantsupõrandale juba kohal ja avatuna, et elu- ja armastuse energia saaks veelgi vabamalt liikuma hakata.
Siis viib DJ Layqa meid tantsurännakule, kus erinevad muusikalised maailmad põimuvad ühtseks tervikuks - orgaaniline, šamanistlik, kõrgesse sagedusse tõstev. Seekord on rännakul kaasas Andra Muru, kelle hääl on tantsu ajal live-instrumendiks. Ei ole hetke, kus pead teadma, mis tuleb, sest muusika juhatab ja keha teab, et võib sellele voole alistuda.
Kui tants on end ära tantsinud, jääme pikali ja kuulame. Andra Muru ja tema bändi 1-tunnine kontsert on maandumine, kus kõik liikuma pandu saab settida.

DJ Layqa ja Andra on juba paar korda koostööd teinud ning mõlemad on ära tundnud, et on aeg veel suuremaks koosloomiseks. Millekski, mis tooks ruumi veel tugevama kohalolu ja sügavama eheduse. Andra hääl on vägev live-instrument ja just selle toob ta meie tantsu sisse.
Tema kontserdid on juba aastaid olnud ülimalt ilusad. Tema hingest lausa paiskub armastust, kergust ja kohalolu ning just seda ta muusika kaudu meieni kannabki. Tema sõnumitega lood on meie kõigi arenguteel mänginud väga olulist rolli. Nüüd toob ta koos oma bändiga kokku oma viimase aja võimsa terviku.
Oleme ootuselevil ja põnevil, mida see kõik loob ja koob.
Meie kogukonnas, HeartBeatis, ei ole vaja osata tantsida.
Ei ole samme ega koreograafiat.

What do you really need today?
Movement that sets you free. Music that touches you. Stillness where you can come back to yourself. People to be with.
This Sunday morning, all of it comes together in one space.
We begin with a Vinyasa heart and body yoga practice led by Taimi Tihhonov, a member of our own community. It's a flowing practice where movement and breath open the body and heart and the mind settles. It's suitable for everyone, whatever your experience or fitness level. This way we arrive on the dance floor already present and open, so the energy of life and love can move even more freely.
Then DJ Layqa takes us on a sonic journey where different musical worlds weave into one - organic, shamanic, lifting you to higher frequencies. This time Andra Muru joins the journey, with her voice as a live instrument during the dance. There is no moment where you need to know what's coming, because the music leads and the body knows it can surrender to that flow.
When the dance has danced itself out, we lie down and listen. The 1-hour concert by Andra Muru and her band is our landing, where everything set in motion can settle.
Yoga, dance and a concert. Body, heart and soul in one morning.
Andra Muru is a singer-songwriter and self-taught musician known for her soulful, spiritually uplifting music.
DJ Layqa and Andra have already worked together a few times, and both have recognized that it's time for an even bigger co-creation. Something that brings an even stronger presence and deeper authenticity into the space. Andra's voice is a powerful live instrument, and that is exactly what she brings into our dance.
Her concerts have been deeply beautiful for years. Love, lightness and presence pour straight from her soul, and that is what she carries to us through her music. Her songs and their messages have played a truly important role on all of our paths of growth. Now, together with her band, she brings together her powerful recent body of work.
We are excited and curious to see what all of this will create and weave.
In our community, HeartBeat, you don't need to know how to dance.
There are no steps, no choreography.
There is simply a space where you can finally fully trust yourself.
We dance substance-free (come to the event sober!), without talking on the floor, phones at rest.
After the closing circle we stay a while around the snack table. It's often in these moments that strangers become familiar faces.
