About your facilitators:
Our host is Sarah Helten from Healing Art Expressions. Sarah will be sharing her beautiful crystal bowl guided meditation soundbath experience.
Rhonda is a certified drum circle facilitator, Reiki Master, Qigong and Simplified Tai Chi Instructor. She has been facilitating drum circles for 12 years around southern AB and BC.
No experience necessary. A variety of hand drums provided. Learn simple rhythms, laugh, fun, connect, relieve stress, sing, and enjoy a soothing, healing meditation soundscape..
This is easy to follow, interactive and inclusive experience.
