Heart Puja

The Heart Puja is a workshop to explore and heal around relationships as part of the Winter Portal series.

Puja is an ancient Sanskrit word meaning ceremonial worship. A heart puja, also known as a tantra puja, is an opportunity to entrain into harmonious forms of relating.

Through partner exercises lasting around 4 minutes each, the practice incorporates movement, affirmations, mirroring and communication, creating opportunities for the experiences of being seen, heard, understood, expressed, met, valued, and cherished in relationship.

The experience benefits individuals both in deepening a current relationship or in manifesting a partner.

The practice offers an invitation to strengthen into the masculine and feminine polarities balanced within ourselves and in relationships.

Within a time where individuals are increasingly dedicating themselves to self actualizing and relationships are shifting to more a spiritual foundation, perhaps the reasons and agreements for primary relationships have shifted.

Lauren Sovereign is a multi hyphenate artist, musician, and healer. She is a Brennan Healing Science practitioner, a Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healer certified by Tom Kenyon, Violet Alchemy practitioner and ceremonial facilitator. Lauren is also a decorated DJ, singer/songwriter, visual artist and fashion designer, sharing these expressions in the name of personal and collective transformation.

WinterPortal is a three month container created to support community during the winter season, open as well to those who don't consider themselves dancers but would like to expand their courage and abilities.

Ashlee Martin with Earth Star Alchemy will be offering a one of a kind herbal elixir each week that mirrors the guided movement theme as well as the current celestial dances. The elixir is intended to open the pathways of your being to feel safe, confident, and creative to unlock your unique soul's expression. Ashlee is a local herbalist, astrologer, yogini, embodiment practitioner, and land immersion cermeony facilitator living in Sedona.
