Dive into a transformative 3-hour workshop that blends shamanic journeying, creative expression, and embodied alignment. Guided through four meditative journeys, participants will explore the energy of their chakra system: grounding in security, harmonizing mind and heart, liberating the senses, and embodying their divine essence. Each journey is followed by a creative exercise to craft a unique piece of art, serving as a visual reflection of the soul’s insights and transformations.
The experience deepens with the Infinity Spiral Integration Dance, a movement practice that weaves the energies of the chakras into alignment. Journaling provides a sacred space to process shifts and breakthroughs, while mantra creation offers tangible tools to carry the workshop’s transformative energy into everyday life. Through this immersive blend of art, movement, and mindfulness, participants will leave with a renewed sense of alignment, clarity, and inspiration for their personal growth journey.
1. 7 Chakra Journey:
• We will take a total of 4 journeys, 10 minutes each:
* First Journey: Connect with the 1st and 2nd chakras, cultivating feelings of safety and grounding.
* Second Journey: Harmonize the 3rd and 4th chakras, aligning the mind and heart in unity.
* Third Journey: Liberate the 5th and 6th chakras, awakening your senses and self-expression.
* Fourth Journey: Embrace the 7th chakra, stepping into your divine essence.
2. Create 7 pieces of art to represent each chakra journey:
* After each journey, take a moment to create a piece of art that captures the essence of your experience. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have seven distinct creations, each representing one of the chakras.
3. Infinity Spiral Integration Dance
* Through graceful infinity spirals, embody alignment as you harmonize your energies and step into the fullness of your highest self.
4. Journaling:
* Reflect on your journeys and the dance, capturing any insights, emotional shifts, or energetic breakthroughs in writing.
5. Mantras:
* Drawing inspiration from your reflections and art, create up to four personalized mantras. These affirmations will support your continued integration and alignment beyond the workshop.
