Join Anthony & Cat as they guide you through a thoughtful & powerful heart-opening Vinyasa flow connecting deep conscious breath with energising fluid movement.

Through mindful sequencing we will warm the body, explore various shapes that open the heart & balance the spine, releasing tension & stored emotions as we stretch the shoulders, chest & hips all while increasing strength & flexibility.

We will close with a Cacao meditation to leave you feeling lovingly refreshed, receptive & restored.
