Through ritual, movement, yoga, and dyadic practices, we’ll awaken the body, heart, and energy, weaving together play, depth, and devotion. Take this time to step out of daily life, slow down, and simply be yourself in a space of openness, curiosity, and love.For over a decade, we’ve hosted the Heart of Tantra Festival, creating spaces of deep connection and transformation. This year, we’re birthing something new, a more intimate urban retreat to nourish your being in the darkest days of the year, awakening your full aliveness from within.

• A yoga mat and cushion for sitting during practices.
• A blindfold or scarf

This retreat is guided by Krista Nova and Naomi Prema Devi, co-creators of the Heart of Tantra Festival and leading Tantra teachers in BC. Together, they are devoted to offering transformational Tantric experiences that open the heart, awaken the senses, and connect you to your truest self.
