Maria begins her Heart Healing Meditation with all participants either laying or sitting comfortably. She will take them through a guided meditation assisting each individual to focus within their own hearts. Through intuitive sensing Maria collectively releases deep-rooted & unprocessed emotions from the body. While still in the meditative state each participant will receive individual hands-on energy healing.This is followed by being immersed in the calming sounds and vibrations of instruments and crystal singing bowls. The total immersive experience of Maria’s Heart Healing Meditation promotes relaxation, reduced stress and improves overall wellbeing as each individual begins their personal journey of remembering who they truly are to shine through.
