This event is a mix of Yin Yoga & Sound Healing. The intention is to let go of old energy and draw in new, positive energy. Yin yoga is great for all levels & provides lots of modifications for accessibility. The practice is about opening up & letting go. By holding relaxing deep stretch poses (all seated or laying down- nothing strenuous) for about 5 minutes each, tight fascia is released, allowing energy to flow more freely. We combine each pose with sound healing & meditation to provide deep energetic healing. The vibrations of the singing bowls & gongs work to release blockages, bring balance, and add energy to the chakras. This practice is as much for your mind as it is for your body. You will leave feeling lighter & clearer, more grounded & revitalized, and more open & comfortable in your body.
