Join June Meagher for this one day affordable retreat in the beautiful coastal village of Portpatrick in the south west of Scotland. Learn about the importance of breathwork and meditation and practice simple healing techniques, find out how raising your emotional intelligence can help you find inner peace and enjoy a relaxing sound bath. You can also join in some chants and mantras to help bring you back to heart and presence.
Come early and go for a swim or go a walk along the cliffs at lunchtime. It really is a beautiful place.
Lunch is included and the cost is £25 (£15 Concessions) Lunch will be vegetarian. Please bring a yoga mat, cover and pillow for the sound bath.
