The festival opens with a heart-expanding day of guided movement, delicious, nutritious food for the soul, and uplifting live music.

Our Opening Ceremony welcomes you with cacao shared in sacred circle, dance to awaken the spirit, meditation to centre the heart, and a soothing Sound Bath to ground us deeply into the earth.
