Hear Our Voices

Come join us in person for Hear Our Voices – a vibrant event where stories, ideas, and voices come alive! It's all about sharing, connecting, and celebrating your skills and views.

In a relaxed environment, the event will :

· Bring people together with a learning disability who like speaking up

· Explore ways people with a learning disability can make a difference

· Help build confidence and skills

1. Ice breaker - Mindfulness with Matt
2. Men's Health - Health Checkers
3. Hereford Hospital Acute Liaison Nurses for people with a Learning Disability. How they can help you in hospital.
4. Healthy living - Relaxation activity and ideas, plus updates on what activities are available in Herefordshire.
5. Hannah Offord update on the Learning Disability Strategy progress
6. Register campaign - Bev from Mencap
7. As usual there will be refreshments, lunch and freebies!
