When life gets busy, grabbing a nutritious snack doesn’t have to be a challenge. Join us for this demonstration to learn simple recipes that will become pantry staples when you are in a rush, on a road trip, or meal prepping for school or work.
The class will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Sound Dietitians, LLC, and is sponsored by Skagit Regional Health. Recipes from the class will be shared with participants.
