Join us for an informative session where we will explore the basics of heart anatomy, dive into the four categories of heart disease, and discuss the nine key risk factors for coronary artery disease. Practical steps you can take to manage these risks and improve your heart health will be covered.
Jeff Rhodes, a Cardiac Rehab Supervisor with Skagit Regional Health, will be presenting on this topic. There will be a Q&A at the end, so please bring your questions!
