Join us for a sound bath session. During the event, you’ll have the opportunity to sit or lie on the floor, allowing the sound vibrations to envelop you and guide you into a state of profound relaxation. As you close your eyes and surrender to the soundscape, you may experience a sense of release, renewal, and inner harmony.

Please bring: Blanket, yoga mat (or extra blanket), pillow (Extra pillow or bolster for under knees can support your lower back), water, openness to the experience, eye mask (optional).

Note: This event is for those 16 years and older. A Stilly Valley Health Connection release form will be signed at the event. Doors will close and class will begin PROMPTLY at the start time to ensure the integrity of the experience, so attendees should plan 10 minutes early. No late entry!
