Healthy Parent Carers - 6 week in person course

Are you a parent or carer of a child with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in Southend on Sea? Are you looking to improve your health, well-being, and connect with a supportive community?

Join our FREE 6-week parent-led Healthy Parent Carers Programme and embark on a journey towards better physical and mental health alongside others who share similar experiences.

This is a six week course startin on on Monday 8th June 2026 and continues on subsequent Mondays until Monday 13th July 2026. It is important that you attend every session where possible to get the best experience of the programme.

As we need you to have the time on this course to dedicate to yourselves, it is with apology that babies and children of the attendees cannot be accommodated for the duration of this course.
