Women’s Circle - Taurus New Moon

Gather with us in sisterhood under the steady, grounding sky of the Taurus New Moon. This is a sacred pause... an invitation to slow down, soften the nervous system, and return to the wisdom of the body. Taurus calls us home to what is real, nourishing, and steady beneath our feet.

Together, we’ll explore themes of self-worth, stability, pleasure, and rooted growth, reflecting on where we are ready to build something lasting, tend to our needs, and honour what truly sustains us. This new moon asks us to trust that change can be gentle, and that devotion to the present moment is a powerful form of creation.

Through journaling, sharing circles, soothing embodiment practices, and an intuitive intention-setting ritual, we’ll clarify what we want to grow over time and anchor those intentions deeply into the body and nervous system. We’ll close with a guided meditation, warm tea, and a grounding sound bath, allowing the insights to settle and the body to fully receive.

The earthy wisdom of Taurus reminds us that abundance begins with self-trust and self-respect: when we move at our own pace and honour what feels good and true. This is a space to reclaim your worth, nourish your senses, and begin again — slowly, intentionally, and deeply rooted. 🌱

Arrival between 19:15-19:30. Upon arrival, please wait downstairs in the downstairs Nom Cafe until we come to collect you.
