‘Building Connection to Nature'- Ladies Sunset Beach session 🏖 🌊
This mindfulness beach session will use the components of the beach to learn about ourselves.
This one will focus on the ever changing tides and how our emotions ebb and flow much the same. We will reflect on how to be curious of these emotions and not stand in their way.
Feel free to bring a flask or alcoholic beverage 😆 and a blanket. Its a chance to connect to other women and give ourselves some much needed self care at this very difficult time.
This shorter session is just £14 and lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes and will include 3 short mindfulness practices to increase our appreciation of what we can find on the beach.
Session will be held opposite Uncle Toms car park.
