Beach Pilates

hi hi!

summer social are BACK! let's make the most of the sunshine with some morning movement, chats and laughs and more..

beach pilates will be held at chalkwell beach (located infront of saltwater cafe, plus amazing location to grab some drinks/ snacks after :p)

expect nothing but fun upbeat vibes, great music & a variety of movement in the morning sun (we hope it's sunny at least!)

the session will be 50 minutes.

all you need to bring along is yourself, water and a mat if you have one (please let me know in advanced if you don't)
