Healthy Living at Modern Maturity Center - FREE - Six Week Program -

WeCare at the Milford Wellness Village is partnering with Modern Maturity Center to host a series of healthy living workshops aimed to provide education and resources for those living with chronic disease and Caregivers!

West Conference Room - October 24th, 31st, November 7th, 14th, 21st, (off for Thanksgiving on 28th) and December 5th

The program is ideal for those living with Arthritis, COPD, High Blood Pressure, Overweight, Parkinson's Disease, or those that are a Caregiver for others!

The workshops will teach participants how to:

• Prevent or delay health complications

• Deal with frustration, fatigue, pain, and isolation

• Perform appropriate exercises to maintain and improve strength, flexibility, and endurance

• Communicate effectively with health professionals and others

• Understand the value of nutrition in your health.
