Diabetes Self Management Workshop at Modern Maturity Center (FREE) DOVER

WeCare at the Milford Wellness Village is hosting a series of healthy living workshops aimed to provide education and resources for those living with chronic disease.

This program is being offered In-Person in the West Conference Room

Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m on May 23rd, 30th, June 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th

The program is ideal for those living with Diabetes and/or Caregivers

The workshops will teach participants how to:

• Prevent or delay health complications

• Deal with frustration, fatigue, pain, and isolation

• Perform appropriate exercises to maintain and improve strength, flexibility, and endurance

• Communicate effectively with health professionals and others

• Understand the value of nutrition in your health.
