On Wednesday 15th July we are delighted to open our doors and welcome Healthcare Professionals to experience Hazelbrook Care Home.
Join us between 1pm and 3pm for light refreshments and the opportunity to have a look around our new home, meet our team and discuss referrals and placements.
As a specialist care home, we provide tailored, compassionate support in a safe and welcoming environment, offering specialist dementia nursing care, complex nursing care and physical health support, neurological and acquired brain injury care, as well as specialist mental health care.
We are proud of the warm and supportive setting we have created and would be delighted to welcome you.
