About this Event

Introduction

This workshop will offer social entrepreneurs' comprehensive guidance on developing robust evidence of social impact and strategies for communicating meaningful outcomes to different stakeholders. The engaging social entrepreneurs will explore diverse methodologies for tracking both qualitative and quantitative outcomes, set meaningful indicators, and understand how to communicate impact effectively to different stakeholder groups, such as funders, partners, and service users.

The workshop will apply practical exercises, including design logic models, measurement tools, some of which are outlined in Evaluation of social impact measurement tools and techniques: a systematic review of the literature | Social Enterprise Journal | Emerald Publishing

Furthermore, participants will examine best practices for data collection, analysis, and reporting specific to their social enterprises.

By the end of the workshop, the social entrepreneurs will acquire the knowledge, tools and confidence to implement a structured design for social impact measurement, enabling accountability and informed decision-making.
