It is a reset — a gentle, energizing sequence focused on lymphatic drainage and full-body circulation, designed to help you arrive present, loose, and ready to absorb everything the day has to offer.

Jolana brings 15+ years of experience in movement, nutrition, and gut health to every session she leads. Her approach is accessible, feel-good, and grounded in the science of how the body works best.
